About Tony
Professional training. Human context.
Tony combines advanced soft-tissue therapy with movement-informed assessment and a calm, consent-led approach.
His background includes exercise referral, yoga, breathwork, hypnotherapy, acupuncture and cupping, supported by postgraduate study in transpersonal psychology. He is also currently studying for a Master of Osteopathy (MOst) as ongoing education; he does not present himself as a registered osteopath.

What happens during my first appointment?+
We begin with your consultation and relevant history. Where appropriate, Tony may observe movement, assess range of motion or palpate the area. Treatment and practical next steps follow, with your consent throughout.
What should I wear?+
Comfortable clothing is helpful for discussion and movement assessment. Tony will explain any clothing or draping options so you can decide what feels comfortable.
Will treatment hurt?+
Treatment does not need to be painful to be worthwhile. Pressure is adjusted to you, and you can ask questions, decline any technique or stop at any time.
What if I have a medical condition?+
Please share relevant conditions, medication and recent changes through the confidential consultation form. Screening may identify when treatment should be adapted, postponed or preceded by medical assessment.
